It is when we are in a healthy relationship with ourselves that we can make healthy connections with others. Authenticity, vulnerability, and intentionality involve emotional risk, yet form the basis of all meaningful connection. This work is appropriate for individuals and those in friendships and romantic relationships.

In our work together around relationships, you will:

  • Start with what makes you uniquely you and significant
  • Determine how you experience connection and fulfillment in relationships
  • Examine specific relationships in which you’d like to experience more connection and fulfillment 
  • Develop action steps to cultivate the connection and fulfillment you desire

Intimacy

Often incorrectly defined, intimacy simply means closeness. Even the word makes some people feel uncomfortable as it as commonly associated only with sex. It is crucial to clarify what intimacy looks like for you and how you would like to experience it in all of your relationships. This work is appropriate for individuals and those in friendships and romantic relationships.

In our work together around intimacy, you will:

  • Define what intimacy looks like
  • Identify and remove barriers to intimacy
  • Develop a plan to be intentional about increased intimacy in relationships
